- Lost and Found: Are you missing WCA apparel and other items? Come check out our lost and found during school hours. We may have it.
- Christmas concert performances are scheduled for Thursday, December 11, at 6:00 PM, and Friday, December 12, at 9:00 AM. Preschool and Lower School will be in session on Friday, December 12, and students will dismiss early at 11:30 a.m. Families are welcome to pick up their children following the Christmas concert and begin their holiday celebrations!
- Christmas break for preschool is from December 22 to January 2. Please let us know if your child will not be attending that week so we can plan accordingly for staffing, especially for before and after-care.
- A friendly reminder that our aftercare program ends promptly at 6:00 PM each day. Please ensure your child is picked up no later than 6:00. We appreciate your cooperation and support in helping our staff wrap up their day on time!
- Spirit Week Christmas Edition: Lower School students are invited to join us for a festive Christmas Spirit Week, with a fun dress-up theme each day to celebrate the season! Spirit Week Flyer
- Early Release Dates: Please be advised that from Monday, December 8, through Friday, December 12, all students will have an early dismissal at 11:30 a.m. Aftercare services will be provided from December 8 to 11, with no aftercare on December 12. Students participating in aftercare should bring a packed lunch on those days.
- Christmas Concert: The Lower School Christmas concert performances are scheduled for Thursday, December 11, at 6:00 PM, and Friday, December 12, at 9:00 AM. Williamsburg Christian Academy is seeking two welcoming homestay families for the upcoming 2026– 2027 school year. We are excited to welcome Martina and Gonzalo, siblings from Spain, who will be joining WCA as 11th-grade students. Gonzalo is passionate about sports, and Martina is eager to join the cheer team. - Mark your calendars: Our school will participate in the 2025 Williamsburg Christmas Parade on Sunday, December 7, at 5:00 p.m. This year’s “Rockin’ Retro Christmas” features floats with a "journey through the decades" theme, and it will start at the intersection of Brooks Street and Richmond Road, proceed down Richmond Road, and turn onto Duke of Gloucester Street. The event is free and open to the public.
