WCA Student Referral Program

WCA families are our best form of advertising for Williamsburg Christian Academy, and we want to thank you for promoting WCA to your family and friends. For any qualifying student enrolling for the 2026/27 academic year, WCA is offering a special referral program for the following qualifying grade levels: Pre-K - 12. This special referral plan is a way for Williamsburg Christian Academy to thank you for your trust and confidence.

If you refer a student in one of the qualifying grade levels to Williamsburg Christian Academy and they enroll for the 2026/27 school year, the enrolling student will receive a 25% net tuition reduction (applies to tuition only), AND your student will receive a 25% net tuition reduction (applies to tuition only) for your student. The tuition reductions are per student (not per family), and there is no limit to the number of students you can successfully refer. The 25% net tuition reduction remains in place for each student as long as both students remain enrolled at Williamsburg Christian Academy.

How does the program work?

• The Student Referral Program is open to all parents or legal guardians with students enrolled in Williamsburg Christian Academy.
• Tuition credit rewards will be given for referring new families to Williamsburg Christian Academy (this does not include returning families that have been away less than 24 months).
• To qualify for the credit, referred students cannot have a sibling currently or previously enrolled (within 24 months) in Williamsburg Christian Academy.
• To receive the tuition credit, the referring family (current WCA family) must complete, sign, and submit the Student Referral Form to the Williamsburg Christian Academy Admissions Office before the new family makes initial contact with WCA. To qualify, the referring family must be acknowledged by the new family during the application process (on the Sign-In form at a private tour).
• Tuition credits will begin to be applied in September for students starting at the beginning of the school year. Credits for students starting after the beginning of the year will be applied one month following the start date of the new family. *Please note that the Credits can only be applied each month if the family’s financial account is current.
• There is no limit to the number of student referrals each Williamsburg Christian Academy family can submit. Each successful referral will add a 25% net single student tuition reduction to the referring family (single student tuition only).
• The Student Referral Program is subject to review or suspension at any time. Interpretation of program parameters will be at the discretion of the Williamsburg Christian Academy Board of Directors.
• The Student Referral Program is not available to WCA employees or active board members. Those they refer to must be personal friends and cannot be individuals met in the course of duties as an employee or their director role. The referred friends will receive the 25% credit for two years, or as long as the referring person is still employed or in the director role, whichever is longer.
• The offering of the Student Referral Program is subject to class size or overall WCA enrollment and may be discontinued in part or entirely by the Head of School.
