• Zoom for Absent Students Attending Virtually: If your child will be absent and wants to participate in their class virtually, they can do so by using the Zoom link provided by their Learning Facilitator.  If you do not have the link, please contact your child's Learning Facilitator to receive it.  As a reminder, students should follow dress code expectations if participating virtually.

• Family Academic Conferences: If you have not already registered for a meeting time for your child(ren)'s Family Academic Conference, you can do so by clicking on the appropriate link.  Choose from the available times for each grade level: 2nd & 3rd grades (September 18); Kindergarten, 4th & 5th grades (September 19); and 1st grade (September 20)

• Preschool Registration: If you are interested in your child attending preschool at WCA, please check out the information on the WCA website or contact Talisha Harrison (Preschool Director) via email at harrisont@williamsburgchristian.org
• October 10 Retreat: 5th Grade students have been invited to attend the Upper School Retreat to Camp Friendship in Palmyra, Virginia on Thursday, October 10.  If you wish for your child to attend, please fill out and submit the registration form with payment ($195).  

• WEEKLY GRADE REPORTING & MANDATORY EXTRA HELP: We are committed to supporting our students’ academic success. To achieve this, we will implement weekly grade reporting and mandatory extra help for students who may be struggling. Beginning next week, students' grades will be updated in FACTS by every Wednesday. This will provide timely information about your child's academic progress. Additionally, we will implement a mandatory extra help program for students whose grades fall below 73% in any course. We believe that early intervention is crucial to student success and that extra support will benefit those who need it. We appreciate your continued support and partnership in your child's education. Please don't hesitate to contact your child's learning facilitator if you have any questions or concerns.

• UPPER SCHOOL RETREAT: If your child will be going on the Upper School Retreat to Camp Friendly in Palmyra, Virginia, on October 10th, please send in the registration form with payment ($190).  Forms can be mailed, emailed, or dropped off at the main office (attention: Judy Henley, henleyj@williamsburgchristian.org).
