- Connections Meetings Canceled for April: Due to SAT in-school testing and field day, we will not be hosting the Upper School or Lower School Connections meetings this month on April 23rd or 24th, 2026. We are planning new ways to stay informed and stay connected to the WCA community. More information is coming soon.
- Field Day: It's coming up on Friday, April 24. Please review the following important details:
Early dismissal will be at 1:00 pm. Aftercare will be available.
The cafeteria will be closed. Preschool and Lower School Students must bring their packed lunch.
A food truck will be on site for Upper School students.

- Field Day is Friday, April 24, 2026, and we’re excited for a fun morning with our students! We’re looking for parent volunteers to help run activity stations (setup begins at 7:30 AM; two volunteers per station).
We also welcome donations of individually packaged snacks and drinks for our snack cart.

- Academy Performing Arts (APA) for 3rd-5th graders is on Tuesdays from 3:00-4:30 pm.
- Spring Map Testing for Lower School will take place April 28- May 6.

- On Field Day (Friday, April 24), the Dominion Dogs food truck will be on campus from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Students may bring money to purchase lunch or bring a lunch from home.
- WCA will be offering in-school PSAT and SAT testing this spring. Please mark your calendars:
9th and 10th graders: PSAT on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 8:00 AM
11th graders: SAT on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 8:00 AM
The test is expected to conclude around noon, and students can head home for the rest of the day. Please make sure to update this in the School Dismissal Manager.
- Join us on April 22 from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. for our Career and Resource Fair! This is a great opportunity to explore careers and connect with valuable community resources. WCA Business Owners invited to showcase:

- Prom (9-12 grades) will be on Saturday, April 25
- Spring Map Testing for the US will take place on April 27-30
- The Diploma Program exams begin on Thursday, April 30.
- Senior Thesis Parent Panel: Mr. Vas is looking for a few parents in the WCA community who would like to serve on our Senior Thesis Parent Panel. This is an annual exercise for our Senior class, which we have been doing for a few years now. The students will write an independently chosen topic/ paper, present it, and field some thoughtful questions from parents. This will take place during the Senior Exam week, May 4-8, 2026. We would love to have you serve in this capacity if you are able. Please contact Donald Vas at vasd@williamsburgchristian.org if you are interested or if you have any further questions.
