Resuming In-Person Classes January 8

Due to inclement weather disruptions this week, we will resume in-person operations on Wednesday, January 8, and will have a longer “B Wednesday” schedule than typical.

January 8 schedule below::

Preschool through Grade 12 Student Dropoff begins at 11:15 am. Administrative staff will have sidewalks salted; however, please be careful when walking on sidewalks tomorrow morning. No running.

Parents, please drive carefully around the carline circle when entering and departing tomorrow because there will be patches of ice there. All after-school Extended Care and Athletic events will occur as scheduled. Lower School lunch will happen in classrooms from 12:15 pm-12:45 pm. Students will have an afternoon snack period tomorrow in place of their typical morning snacks that they pack.

Amended Jan 8 Upper School Bell Schedule below:

Period 1B: 11:30 am to 12:10 pm

Period 2B: 12:15 pm to 12:55 pm

Indoor Lunch: 12:55 pm to 1:25 pm

Period 3B: 1:30 pm to 2:10 pm

Period 4B: 2:15 pm to 2:55 pm (Afternoon carline dismissal will begin at a different time, 3 pm, to accommodate the amended Wednesday, January 8 schedule only.)
