  • We are looking for a family who would be interested in hosting a father and his 8-year-old daughter for three weeks (August 4th- August 25th). If you are interested, please email Ms. Bialon at bialone@williamsburgchristian.org

  • 3rd Grade through 5th grade: Academy Performing Arts is on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. 
    • 4th and 5th Grade: The Puppet Ministry Team, “Minor Prophets,” meets on Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
    • The Kindergarten field trip to Holly Fork Farm for strawberry picking is on Tuesday, May 7.
    • The 5th Grade field trip to Go Ape is on Thursday, May 9.

  • The SY 24-25 Supply Lists have been posted on Parent Central. The lists for next year have been organized by grade level.
  • Spring MAP Assessments for 6th through 8th grades will occur during 1st block on May 6, May 7, and May 9. All students are to come to the cafetorium with charged Chromebooks. 
  • The Senior Thesis Parent Panel is on Monday, May 6, from 10:00 – 11:30 am. This is a capstone project for the seniors in Bible class. Mr. Vas is looking for volunteers to participate on the panel. Please contact Mr. Vas at vasd@williamsburgchristian.org if you are interested.

*Upper School students DO NOT have classes on Friday, May 24; however, some Upper School students who have missed more than ten percent of any class will have seat hours to make up May 20-24 to earn full credit for said course.

Students who quickly complete exams will be dismissed at the listed exam release time. There will be no early dismissals.

  • Upper School students and parents receive their textbooks and supplies list at Upper School Orientation on July 13. Supplies information is provided on each course’s syllabus. At the beginning of every school year, Upper School students are provided with a three-week halo period to get supplies and texts for each course.
  • Save the Date: Thursday, October 10, 2024, the Upper School Fall Retreat Camp Friendship near Charlottesville, VA, will leave at 7:00 a.m. and return at 10:00 p.m. Friday, October 11, will be a remote learning school because of the late arrival the night before. More information will be available during the Upper School Orientation on July 13.

We appreciate everyone who helps make this celebration a success.Monday is “Muffin to do but Appreciate You!” (Muffins, Juices & Fruit) – Bring a small treat for your teacher.

    Tuesday is “You’re Nacho Average Teacher” (Nacho Bar) – Have students return the “Thank You” coloring sheet to their teacher (PWCA will be sending home with students)

    Wednesday is “You Float our Boat” (Ice cream Floats) – Bring a flower or plant for your teacher.

    Thursday is “Happy Trails 2023/2024 (Build your Own Trail Mix Bar) – Students & families give a teacher/staff a high five.

    On Friday, PWCA is generously providing a lunch for our teachers and staff. As a token of appreciation, we encourage you to bring a gift card for your teacher, allowing them to enjoy a well-deserved dinner on Friday night.

  • Proceeds from PWCA fundraisers will support the purchase of books for the lower school library. If you would like to skip the fundraising and purchase books, please contact Nicole at pwca@williamsburgchristian.org.

  • The PWCA has partnered with Planet Aid to provide a way for our students and community to do something positive for the environment. Planet Aid works to raise awareness and inspire our youth to help make a difference in the world.  Planet Aid helps recycle your unwanted clothing to keep them out of the landfill and give them a second chance to be reused.
