  • Golf Tournament: Williamsburg Christian Academy invites community partners to support its 13th Annual Soaring Eagles Golf Tournament on June 16, 2026, at Williamsburg Golf Club. This annual event brings together friendly competition, fellowship, and purpose-driven giving to benefit students and school programs.   • All parents of rising kindergarten students are encouraged to reach out to Brynn Allen, WCA Admission Director, at allenb@williamsburgchristian.org for information regarding Kindergarten for the 26-27 school year. 
  • Please join us on Thursday, May 21, at 1:30 pm as we celebrate the achievements of our four-year-old preschoolers at their Rising Up event. 
  • Preschool will be closed on the following dates: 

May 25-29 Memorial Day Week/No School

June 19 Juneteenth/No School

July 3 Independence Day/No School

July 6-10 Employee Pre-Service Week/No School

  • Kindergarten students will take a field trip to the Virginia Living Museum on Thursday, May 14. The 5th-grade class will visit the Virginia Living Museum the following day, Friday, May 15.  
  • There will be an orientation session for rising 6th-grade students on Thursday, May 14th, at 8:00 am in the Lower School Library.  Parents and students are invited to attend this important informational meeting. 
  • The Academic Performing Arts Showcase is on Tuesday, May 19, at 12:00 pm
  • During the week of May 18-22, Lower School students will be dismissed each day at 11:30 am. Please note that aftercare services will be available Monday through Thursday. There will be no aftercare on Friday, May 22. 
  • Friday, May 22: Last day of school for Lower School/Lower School Awards for K-5. Doors to the cafetorium will open at 8:15 a.m., and the ceremony will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Following the ceremony, students and families will return to classrooms for individual celebrations and dismissal. Fifth-grade students and their families are invited to a reception in the LS Library afterward. 

  • The Middle and High School Awards Ceremony is on Wednesday, May 13, at 11:30 am.
  • The Commencement ceremony will be on Saturday, May 16, at 10:00 am.

*During exam week, some students will not have a 10:00 a.m. exam each day. On days when your child does not have a 10:00 a.m. exam, they will be dismissed after their 8:05 a.m. exam. On days when they do, dismissal will be at 11:30 a.m.

All students must follow the standard Monday–Thursday dress code during exam week. 

  • We are continuing to seek caring homestay families for our international students for the upcoming school year. At this time, we have a special and urgent request for Gonzalo, who has been patiently waiting for his placement. Gonzalo is scheduled to arrive on July 11th, and we would love to welcome him into a supportive and loving home. We kindly ask you to prayerfully consider opening your home to him during this important time.
